Our most precious asset is our team. It is made up of professional managers, Agronomists, food technologists, marketers, Agriculture Enterprise Officers (AEOs), and Village-based field agents (VBFAs).

We work together and engage equitably and efficiently in order to give the optimum intervention outcomes to our farmers and their communities.

We partner with; researchers, agriculture development agencies, corporate organizations, and local farmer-producer associations to achieve the aims of our initiatives, and while we have a realistic drive for action, we also have a friendly approach.

We value the ties we form with our farmers and community members and we care about getting things done on time.

Recruiting and training all the staff to fulfill the necessary functions.

  • Procurement, purchase, supply, and logistics of seeds and farm inputs.
  • Assigning full-time field managers/agronomists/Village-based field agents to farmers in the area of concentration.
  • Monitoring and quality assurance of farmers’ produce. Gathering feedback from farmers every agricultural season and providing the necessary support.
  • Logistics support mainly through collective transportation of produce and inputs
  • Guaranteeing land outsourcing and block farming initiatives
  • Marketing intelligence and linkages
