Our Achievements
SAWA Agricultural Development Company is legally registered and operational
- We started Agro trading along the fresh and dry value chains of cereals/pulses/legume crops.
- Provided farmers with agro farm inputs, Hired Agronomists to train farmers and Village Based Field Agents on appropriate farming methods and provided seeds to farmers.
- We created markets for farmers produce in central and south west parts of Uganda where approximately 20,000 tons of fresh pod and grain have been traded
- Negotiated for redundant land with the land owners for farmers in the central region to get sufficient land and enable them to increase on their agricultural produce. A total of 95acres have been secured
